Duncan set up Brightstone Solutions in January 2018 having spent 15 years in the training and development sector. Over the 15 years Duncan worked both within government departments managing training providers and then more recently running small and large private training providers.
Duncan believes in the philosophy that in the world of training and development, small is beautiful and that specialism and niche is the answer to the sector. He is passionate about supporting high quality niche training providers, that offers the personal touch and accountability.
Duncan has also spent most of his professional life working in partnership with large multi-national corporations who are always looking for high quality training provision that meets their needs. The training needs to always have a real impact and offer a return on investment.
Duncan believes that there is a massive market place for helping develop small niche providers that offer true specialism to an underdeveloped levy paying employer market.
